P.ONE BASIC is an automatic 4-sided planer with 4 spindles, compact and robust, able to work wood of up to 230 mm in width and 130 mm in height.
It is ideal for joineries, because of its excellent performance with fast and accurate processing and the best ratio between quality and price.
Each operating spindle is driven by an independent motor and the starting is made through a start/stop push-button panel. The drive rollers use robust and reliable universal joints and is equipped with pneumatic pressure cylinders.
P.ONE BASIC is extremely useful in straightening and planing operations required on wood purchased from joineries.
When the wood is crooked and/or raw, the machine makes it a perfect board and therefore suitable for subsequent production processes.
It meets all the safety requirements of the European Union.

IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING OF THE MACHINE BODY
Its base, and in general the whole machine body, is produced on site, with our own numeric control milling cutters.
In fact, Futura Woodmac works in synergy with Metalstar 2000 for any machining needs with its 3 departments: i.e. the sheet metal laser cutting, the welding and the numeric control milling cutters departments.
INTERNAL SMALL PARTS PRODUCED ON SITE
Of course also part of the internal small metal parts of the machine is produced on site.

WOOD MAX 230X130 AND MOTOR INDEPENDENT FOR EACH SPINDLE
The P.ONE BASIC 4 has been designed to machine woods from 230×130 maximum and each of its working shaft has its own independent motor.
FEEDING SYSTEM BY MEANS CARDAN JOINTS
The feeding system is complete with cardan joints and double chain.
PRECISE, FAST AND SAFE SETTING OF THE MACHINE
The setting of the machine is precise, fast and secure.
It is possible (optional) to add a 2-axis plc to run the width and height of work.

TESTS BEFORE DELIVERY
Machine scrupulously tested before being delivered to the customer.
If provided by the customer, the tests can be carried out with his cutters.
The maximum working sections are 230mm wide and 130mm high.
The minimum working sections are 25mm wide (15mm opt) and 8mm high.
Perfect straightening requires synergy of many mechanical factors combined with electronics and pneumatics.
The P.ONE Basic is built with each of these elements in mind.
The drive units are kept under pressure by pneumatic pistons and the inlet roller is designed with a pneumatic ON-OFF exclusion so that from the operator’s position it is possible to decide whether the machine should straighten or plan.
The latter can be requested with automatic exclusion.
Suction system designed for a long-lasting machine.
Hoods have been designed for a constant and easy wood chips flow, thus significantly reducing power consumption.
Thanks to the reduced thickness, these belts are very flexible and can be suitable even for heavy-duty performances.
Our pulleys are designed and manufactured with the utmost precision for a perfect fit with the belt grooves.

Each operating unit is equipped with its own motor.
Possibility of installing a motor that adapts to the machining operations required.
The drive is made up of a motor-gearbox to make the most of the motor’s kW: a power transmission that is synonymous with innovative, power-saving solutions.
Machine bed and top beam designed to ensure high rigidity and stability of the machinery.
Both are built with a monobloc iron structure, stabilized, sandblasted and painted with epoxy-polyester powder resistant to impact, light reflections and weather for durability.
Even for the more problematic categories of wood pieces correct handling will be ensured.
The system can be integrated with oil-air mixed atomisation (optional) to further improve wood pieces conveying.
Touchscreen PLC to store recipes.
Icons for saving, opening and deleting recipes are easy and intuitive, very similar to that of PCs.
Automatic axis positioning and start of spindles motors at the touch of a button.
